I want my customers to be happy with their purchase. If an uninsured item is damaged during shipment to you, I will need evidence of the damage and the responsibility will be mine for replacement. If the item you receive is significantly different from what you expected, please contact me to let me know what the problem is. If agreeable, I will arrange for a return with a refund less shipping costs or an exchange for something of equal value. Shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the buyer.
